There are public transportation options available. You can take a bus from Cali, Palmira, or Buga to El Cerrito, and then take a local service (mototaxi or shared ride) to Santa Elena. You can also hire a door-to-door or private service for greater convenience.
By private vehicle:
We offer spacious and free parking within the hotel. The access roads are in good condition, so you can easily arrive from Cali (45 minutes), Palmira (20 minutes), or Buga (30 minutes) by following the route to Hacienda El Paraíso.

**Terms and Conditions – Eden Resort**
Dear guest,
Thank you for choosing Eden Resort. Below are the terms and conditions to ensure a pleasant and organized experience during your stay.
1. **Contract Validity**
This contract becomes effective upon check-in and with the full payment of the remaining balance of the reservation in cash.
*Note: Payments via card reader or transfers are not accepted upon arrival.*
2. **Delivery of the "All-in-One" Plan**
Once the full payment is made, the guest will receive:
* Identification wristband
* Card with included services
Important: Guests are expected to care for the accommodation items: blankets, pillows, towels, furniture, etc.
3. **Check-in and Check-out Times**
Rooms and Villas
* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 1:00 PM
(You may stay on the premises until 5:00 PM)
Late check-out fee: \$20,000 COP per additional hour.
4. **Accommodation Capacity**
Only the client and previously registered companions are allowed to stay.
If the number of people per room or villa exceeds the limit, an additional charge per person will apply, as informed by our advisors or reception.
5. **Behavior and Security**
The guest is responsible for their behavior and that of their companions.
Eden Resort reserves the right to terminate the contract without reimbursement if behaviors affect the tranquility, safety, or well-being of other guests or staff.

* The remaining balance (50%) is paid in cash at check-in.

**Cancellations and Date Changes**:
* No refunds for cancellations.
* Date changes are allowed with at least 3 days' notice.
* Only 2 date changes are permitted.
* During high season or holidays, only one date change is allowed.
* Changes are subject to availability and Colombian regulations.
