**Terms and Conditions – Eden Resort**
Dear guest,
Thank you for choosing Eden Resort. Below are the terms and conditions to ensure a pleasant and organized experience during your stay.
1. **Contract Validity**
This contract becomes effective upon check-in and with the full payment of the remaining balance of the reservation in cash.
*Note: Payments via card reader or transfers are not accepted upon arrival.*
2. **Delivery of the "All-in-One" Plan**
Once the full payment is made, the guest will receive:
* Identification wristband
* Card with included services
Important: Guests are expected to care for the accommodation items: blankets, pillows, towels, furniture, etc.
3. **Check-in and Check-out Times**
Rooms and Villas
* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 1:00 PM
(You may stay on the premises until 5:00 PM)
Late check-out fee: \$20,000 COP per additional hour.
4. **Accommodation Capacity**
Only the client and previously registered companions are allowed to stay.
If the number of people per room or villa exceeds the limit, an additional charge per person will apply, as informed by our advisors or reception.
5. **Behavior and Security**
The guest is responsible for their behavior and that of their companions.
Eden Resort reserves the right to terminate the contract without reimbursement if behaviors affect the tranquility, safety, or well-being of other guests or staff.

* No refunds for cancellations.
* Date changes are allowed with at least 3 days' notice.
* Only 2 date changes are permitted.
* During high season or holidays, only one date change is allowed.
* Changes are subject to availability and Colombian regulations.
