Terms and Conditions of Hotel Los Dos Potrillos

Contract Validity

This contract comes into effect from the moment the reservation is made and confirmed with a payment of 30% or the full amount of the selected plan in the designated account. The guest agrees to comply with the terms set forth here during their stay at our facilities.

Reservations and Payments

To confirm a reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total value of the selected plan. The remaining payment must be made at check-in. Reservations can be made by phone, WhatsApp, PMS, or email. The hotel accepts payments in cash and credit or debit cards.

Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in Accommodation: from 3:00 PM.

• Check-out Accommodation: until 1:00 PM.

• Flexible Check-in Facilities: Guests can enjoy the facilities from 9:00 AM and stay until 5:00 PM after check-out, at no additional charge.

Number of Guests

Only the guests registered at the time of booking are entitled to stay at the hotel. Any additional unregistered person will incur an extra charge per person, as per the rate established at the reception.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their own behavior and that of their companions. Any conduct that puts the peace, safety, or integrity of the hotel or other guests at risk will result in eviction without refund. Guests are also responsible for the care of any items and equipment provided by the hotel.

Use of Facilities and Services

The hotel offers various recreational activities and services that should be used with caution. Guests must follow the staff's instructions and comply with the established safety rules. The hotel is not responsible for accidents caused by improper use of facilities or recreational equipment.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises unless prior arrangements have been made with the management.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Hotel Los Dos Potrillos does not offer refunds in the event of a reservation cancellation. If the guest needs to cancel their stay, rescheduling will be allowed, subject to prior coordination with the management and availability. Rescheduling must occur within three months from the original reservation date.

Security and Loss of Personal Items

The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings in the rooms, common areas, or parking lot.

Events and Meetings

Hotel Los Dos Potrillos offers event rooms for social or business purposes. To reserve and organize events, coordination with the management must be done in advance. Basic audiovisual services and catering will be provided according to the type of event.

Pools and Recreational Areas

The pools are filled with natural water and are available to all guests. Guests are expected to comply with hygiene and safety regulations. Pool use is not permitted after 10:00 PM.

Contract Modifications

Hotel Los Dos Potrillos reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to guests via our website or email.

Note on Taxes and Additional Charges

Please take note of the following information regarding taxes and additional charges that may apply to your reservation at Hotel Los Dos Potrillos:

Taxes:

• VAT (Value Added Tax): All rates are subject to 19% VAT, according to current Colombian fiscal regulations.

• Tourism Tax: An additional charge for tourism tax may apply according to local regulations.

Additional Charges:

• Additional Services: Any service not included in the original plan (such as recreational activities, extra food and beverages, etc.) will be charged separately and must be paid in full at the time of request, consumption, or charged to the room account.

• Additional Guests: If the number of guests exceeds the limit allowed in the reservation, an additional charge will apply for each extra person. Exact rates will be provided by our sales advisors or receptionists.

• Late Check-out: If check-out times are not respected, a fine of $20,000 COP per additional hour will be applied after the check-out time limit.

• Loss or Damage: The guest is responsible for any damage or loss of items provided in the room (such as bedding, electronics, or bathroom items). The corresponding charges will be determined and notified according to the cost of replacement or repair.

Payment and Cancellation Policies:

• Security Deposit: In some cases, a refundable security deposit may be required, which will be returned at the end of the stay if no damages or breaches are found.

• Cancellation Policy: No cancellations with refund are allowed. If the guest needs to change their reservation, rescheduling can be done if notified at least 72 hours in advance, and the rescheduling must occur within three months from the original reservation date. The reservation can only be rescheduled twice, at most.
