### **Zamora Cabins Regulations**
1. **Contract Validity**
These regulations take effect upon reservation and are confirmed with a 30% payment or full payment of the selected plan. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to comply with the terms established during their stay.
2. **Reservations and Payments**
To confirm a reservation, 30% of the total cost must be paid. The remaining balance must be paid at check-in.
Reservations can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or online booking platforms.
Payments are accepted in cash and by credit or debit card.
3. **Check-in and Check-out Times**
- **Check-in:** From 3:00 PM
- **Check-out:** Until 1:00 PM
**Flexible access to facilities:** Guests can use the facilities from 9:00 AM and remain until 5:00 PM after check-out at no additional cost.
4. **Number of Guests**
Only guests registered at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the cabins.
Any unregistered additional guests will incur an extra charge based on the established rate.
5. **Guest Responsibilities**
Guests are responsible for their behavior and that of their companions.
Conduct that disrupts the peace or safety of the cabins may result in eviction without a refund.
Guests must take care of objects and furniture provided by Zamora Cabins.
6. **Use of Facilities and Services**
Guests are expected to use the facilities responsibly.
Zamora Cabins is not responsible for accidents caused by improper use of common areas or recreational equipment.
7. **Pet Policy**
Pets are not allowed unless previously authorized by management.
8. **Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy**
No refunds are provided for cancellations.
Reservations may be rescheduled within the next three months, subject to availability and prior coordination.
9. **Security and Lost Items**
Zamora Cabins is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings in rooms or common areas.
10. **Children and Babies**
Babies and children are welcome. However, there are no special accommodations for them, and they must always be supervised by an adult.
11. **Use of Pools and Recreational Areas**
Pool use is not allowed after 10:00 PM.
Guests must follow the established safety and hygiene rules.
12. **Events and Gatherings**
Events or gatherings must be coordinated in advance with management.
13. **Regulation Modifications**
Zamora Cabins reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time. Any changes will be communicated to guests through official channels.
14. **Taxes and Additional Charges**
All rates include 19% VAT.
Additional charges may apply for extra services, additional guests, and late check-out ($20,000 COP per additional hour).
In case of loss or damage to items provided by Zamora Cabins, charges will be applied according to the replacement cost.
